AHA is a travel guide; the main motive of this application is to make your travel experience worth memorable. This user friendly application includes history of the prestigious monuments with captivating audiovisual contents to make your experience more informative and interactive.

Our Privacy Policy explains visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use our Service.

• ACCOUNT CREATION
  At the time of registration, we will ask you your email address. You can choose to use the service without registration, but creating an account will give you access to certain benefits which non-registered users may not enjoy.
  In addition to this, you can also register through Facebook or Google account. If you do the same, then the operator of the applicable platform will share certain personal data like username, email and similar information with us, as specified by its privacy and policies. We advise you to review third-party service operator’s policy to know about which information it shares with us.
• MANAGE PROFILE
  Once you create a user account, certain information will be asked like Nationality, Age, Gender, Interests, Location of Stay, Stay From date and Stay Till date. This information is gathered to enhance your user experience of using the service. The service will offer auto-itinerary, customized itinerary and personalized itinerary based on the information provided by the user. All your itineraries and travel preferences will be stored in your account and you may edit and manage them.
• LOCATION / BACKGROUND LOCATION
  When you use the Application on a mobile phone or any other portable device, we might collect information concerning your location. We access your location information to show interesting nearby locations. For instance, if you are near Sidi Saiyyed Mosque then you will receive a notification saying that you are near Sidi Saiyyed Mosque. This helps users to not to miss a heritage destination. You can choose to change the privacy settings and disable the location service of your device.
  Furthermore, you can also use the service to connect ‘Google Maps’ in order to receive navigation services between your destinations. Please be noted that, your use of ‘Google Maps’ is subject to ‘Google Maps’ privacy policies and terms & conditions and is not covered by this policy.
  This app collects location data for following features:
  • It will notify you when you are near a heritage site using in-built technologies in your device like Geofencing and Bluetooth, even when the app is not in use.
  • It will fetch and display location and information of the closest heritage sites to you in real time on the map.
  • It will guide and and show you the best possible options to reach a heritage site. The "Get There" button in Aha will display all options to reach a place in Ahmedabad from your current location.
  • It will show immersive visualisations and Glimpses of the Past of key Ahmedabad heritage sites when you are there.
• SHARING ITINERARIES AND OTHER INFORMATION
  The service enables you to share your itineraries and heritage destination information with others by using third-party platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. This shared information will be read, collected and used by others through the terms of use and privacy policies of these third-party application platforms. Sharing your information through third-party applications is subject to their terms and conditions which you have agreed, and this does not cover our privacy policies.
• COOKIES
  We have used cookies and similar technologies for providing and managing our service. It is used to enhance your user experience and provide a secure environment. We may ask other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which might use cookies or other similar technologies placed by us or the third party.
• LOG FILE INFORMATION
  Log file information is provided when the service makes a request to access the application or in other words downloads the application.
